AVITAL KRANZ
Wisdoms
I honor the beauty of community and togetherness in the human experience, which has brought me to working with people in various capacities.
I believe in the simplicity of nature and holistic approaches to growing, learning, and healing.
I love the sea, swimming, music, dancing, and being outside in the sunshine. I find inspiration from all of these sources.
I draw on the movement wisdoms of Ohad Naharin's GAGA, Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms practice, and Iyengar Yoga.
I value the mindfulness wisdoms of Zen Buddhism, Somatic Experiencing, as well that found in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I am very grateful for my work as a therapist and educator, creating a life based in the things I love, and getting to share them with others on their personal journey.
